Birthday

As few days ago, I celebrated my natal day, and I have been so thankful to God for adding life. And on my natal, I had given a chance to speak the word of God on the youth camp. I was a day after I was discharged from the hospital. But I was really thankful to God that I was able to speak though my strength has not completely restored yet. Actually, for the whole day, I was just resting at home and thinking whether I could be able to go to the camp site because the rain was so heavy. But in spite of the heavy rain, around 5 pm, I decided to go to the camp site, and I was thankful to my elder brother because he still sent me even heavy the rain was.

And when I arrived at the site, my brother and I were wet because he only drove his motorbike, but the joy being felt while seeing the youths, so eagerly to know and hear the word of the word were so worthwhile. And I stayed with the youths for a night, and one thing that I truly appreciate while sleeping in the pulpit, the cold weather which really nice and I felt to sleep well like a baby.

Then, the youth camp, ended up so successfully, the youths went home with full of blessing spiritually and they found new friends, too. And I have been so glad that I didn’t listen to my body’s needs, like wanted to rest more because I was able share the precious word of God to the youths. And I have been so thankful to God also for using me to preach on my two birthdays already. Oh, last year, I was preaching on my birthday too. So happy for what Lord has done in my life. He has a great purpose why I am still there.
