God's Divine Protection.....

We all believed that it has been God’s divine protection that He performed for my 3 years and 5 months old niece today.

The story:

My two nieces, Kday, 3 years and 7 months old, and Kristel, (they’re cousins) were waiting for us (Kimberly & I) to come home from the school, both just woke up from napping. And they went outside and played in our backyard under the coconut tree. And my mother was watching them while they were running, dancing, etc. My mother told me.

And all of the sudden, a coconut palm fell down and it fell down to the body of my niece, Kristel.  According to my mother, 71 years old, she ran closed to my niece and picked her unconsciously and she shouted for helped but nobody heard her though the mother of Kristel is just a few walks away from our house. Since, Kristel’s mother is 70% deaf, I guess, so she couldn’t hear my mother shouting from the top of her voice for help. Though, we have a neighbor also but he is mute and deaf so he couldn’t hear my mother asking for helped too. What my mother did to Kristel, she carried her and brought her to her mother’s house because my mama was panicked and doesn’t know what to do with her grandchild, but Kristel was still very unconscious and thank God because after a few minutes, Kristel became conscious again. Thank you, Lord for Your protection for Kristel.

As soon as I heard from my mother of what had happened to Kristel, I ran to her house, and carried, hugged and kissed her. She cried when she told me that she was hurt by a coconut palm. Then, I touched her stomach and also her ribs and thank God she didn’t suffer any severe pained. The pain is not so painful, that’s according to her. Honestly, I was very scared too because I saw how big the coconut palm that fell on Kristel’s body.

On the other hand, my mother was very scared, she sat on a chair catching her breathing, and my 3 years old niece, Kday gave a glass of cold water to her. And my mama’s breathing was back to normal. Praise the LORD! Thank you, Lord for my little ones.

By the way, every afternoon, just three of them have always been left in our house, my mother, and my both 3 years old plus nieces because my youngest sister has always been busy looking after my 1 year & 6 months old niece at my other sister’s house.

But after, that incident happened, I asked my sister to stay with my mother each time, Kimberly and I go to school from 12:30 to 4:00, Monday to Friday. And she agreed.

How about the coconut tree? We’ll be cutting that anytime soon. At first, my mother looked sad, when I suggested/ told to her that we need cut the coconut tree because it’s my father who planted it. But, I heartily explained to my mother the disadvantages of having that coconut tree in our yard. And she understood.
Kristel is the one wearing  checkered and white top. Kday is the one wearing the white plain top. The grown up boy here is Kristel elder brother and her elder sister Kimberly. Thank God for my little ones and thank God for HIS Divine Protection.

that was sure a close call but maybe your bro can inspect the tree so one doesnot have to cut it down
